Yazmin Hernandez

Welcome! I started Inspire and Beyond ABA to make high-quality ABA therapy accessible to families in the South Hillsborough area so children don’t have to travel far from home to get the support they deserve.

I believe that real change happens when children feel safe and supported. That’s why our team at IAB makes sure every session is grounded in consistency, collaboration, and compassion.

My team and I are here for the long haul, providing quality ABA therapy and steady support for as long as your child needs it. We’re committed to walking alongside your family and helping your child build lifelong skills that make daily life easier and happier for everyone.

Here’s the Process for Getting Started with Inspire and Beyond ABA:

  • Collect your child’s autism diagnosis referral for ABA Therapy, evaluation report from a licensed professional, insurance card, IEP, and your driver’s license. Optional records, like other therapy reports, can also be included. We submit everything to your insurance for authorization.

  • Once approval is received, we schedule an assessment where the BCBA evaluates your child and creates a personalized treatment plan.

  • The treatment plan, including recommended therapy hours, is submitted to your insurance for final approval.

  • After approval, we work with you to create a consistent therapy schedule tailored to your child’s needs.
